With the latest update, Salesforce has introduced a feature that allows you to view public group members effortlessly through custom reports. No more clicking into each group or running time-consuming queries – the process is now streamlined for your convenience.
Here’s how to make the most of this enhancement:
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Report Types, and then select Report Types. Select Group Member as the primary object. After you deploy the custom report type, users can select it when building reports.
